Enzon Laboratory Renovations

Piscataway, NJ

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering for the design of the renovation of approximately 40,000 SF of laboratory and office space in an existing 56,000 SF facility. The project included the phasing of all work to allow for the facility to remain occupied and functional throughout construction. New laboratory spaces were designed for Microbiology, Protein Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Analytical departments.
