Labcorp Laboratory Addition/Renovation

Prepared an in-depth survey and report for an existing laboratory, which was considering extensive renovations and expansion. The existing plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical systems were investigated. The proposed scheme was a 50,000 SF addition with 6 phased renovations in the existing building, to be accomplished over a 2-year construction period. Laboratories included Clinical Trials, Forensic Toxicology, Microbiology, Cytology, Routine Toxicology, Manual Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, and Polymerase Chain Reactions.
