Professional engineering services to design the plumbing, sprinkler, mechanical, and electrical systems for the proposed renovations to the residence located at 10 East 63rd Street in New York City. The existing two-family residences was converted to a single family residence. The building consists of a cellar, basement, first through fifth floors and a penthouse. All existing floors were gutted.
