HVAC, electrical, and plumbing engineering for the design of a new variable-flow refrigerant air conditioning system, and the gas-fired hot boiler heating system. There is an indoor pool which is located in the cellar and is served by a dedicated dehumidifying/air conditioning system that incorporates pool water heating for additional energy savings. All new plumbing systems were designed. New electric service along with power distribution plans for lighting, receptacles, and appliances, data and media systems were also designed.
