HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineering services for the design of a new variable flow refrigerant air conditioning system, heating system, and plumbing systems. Work performed included the design for power distribution of lighting, receptacles, appliances, HVAC systems, telephone, data and media systems, and design of Lutron Homeworks dimming system for control of lighting and motorized shades. Our structural design added equipment supports on the roof and other miscellaneous items as required by the architect.
