Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering for the renovations to a residence located at 351 Riverside Drive in New York, NY. The building was completed renovated, and consisted of a basement, three floors, and an attic. The new plumbing systems included sanitary, vent, and cold water piping. We designed a split system air conditioning systems, new centrally located air handler units, new hot water radiator heating system, new gas fired hot water boiler system, and steam humidification systems. New electric service was designs for the building.
