Plumbing, sprinkler, and HVAC engineering for the 54 Bond Street building which was designed by celebrated architect Henry Engelbert in 1874. Scope included individual full floor residences on the lower floors, and a Penthouse triplex on the 5^th, 6^th, rooftop and penthouse floors. The interior was carefully restored into detailed and light-filled spaces with high ceilings. It is a cast iron building listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. Previous residents include Lauren Hutton, Helen Hayes, Jane Russell, Pearl Bailey, Frank Langella, Brice Marden and Jake Lamotta.
