Ms. Lawlor is an experienced Financial Executive that has managed Finance, Human Resource, and Administrative teams in the Engineering, Defense, and Manufacturing sectors. She has successfully led the growth of several companies through numerous acquisitions, from opportunity identification, transactional due diligence, integration of staffing, and business processes. As Chief Financial Officer at Becht, she is responsible for managing financial and administrative aspects of the business as well as positioning the company for growth. She has introduced and leveraged new technology and business partners to best support the company’s business requirements. Her depth of experience has served to guide the organization strategically through process improvements, H.R., and benefit enhancements. Both her strategic vision and adaptability to change are an integral part of the Executive Management team.
