Throughout her career, Alison has successfully supported and led companies through multiple acquisitions, overseeing opportunity identification, financial and operational due diligence, and the integration of people, systems, and business processes.
Alison plays an active role in modernizing business operations by introducing and leveraging new technologies and trusted business partners to better support evolving organizational needs. Her leadership has been instrumental in advancing process improvements, enhancing human resources practices, and strengthening employee benefits and risk‑management programs.
