Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural engineering systems designs for two additions to the existing facility. The first, two-story addition is 4,000 SF and is used as a library and living room on the first floor. The second floor consists of space for a dining area and a small service pantry for food warming. The second, two-story addition is 20,000 SF and includes additional rooms for residents. The first floor consists of rooms, known as “Reflections Units” and the second floor consists of rooms, known as “Serenade Units.”
