Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural engineering and construction support services for a 20,000 SF addition to the existing Brandywine Senior Living facility in Rehoboth Beach, DE. The addition added 28 rooms to the building. The existing main entrance was modified to accommodate a new vestibule, reception area, and miscellaneous support offices. An activity room was also created in the existing building.
