Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services for the systems designs for a reconstruction on the second floor of the Wall, NJ facility. The scope of work was limited to approximately 15,000 SF of space on the second floor of the existing two-story building. The project provided a premium space for Alzheimer’s patients.
