The facility includes storage and utility/service rooms, and toilet facilities for 400 women with 10 toilets (2 handicap) and 4 sinks, and 400 men with 6 toilets/urinals (2 handicap toilets) and 4 sinks. There are also 4 water fountains located on the exterior wall of the building.
