An existing three-story historic building with full basement was upgraded for an incoming President of Bryn Mawr College. The existing steam heating system was replaced with a new hot water heating system, and central air conditioning systems were added. The interiors were also upgraded, with new lighting and power. The installation was fast tracked over the summer to meet a fall occupancy date. Special care was taken to preserve historic interior finishes.
