Inspection and engineering services on the New Jersey Schools Development Authority’s emergent project at the Chancellor Avenue Elementary School in Irvington, NJ for roof, masonry, and lintel repairs due to water infiltration issues. The school building is a 3-story, steel framed structure. We were tasked with completing the work without impacting the school’s use of the facility.
