Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering and construction support services for a new approximately 50,000 SF, three story office building in Neptune, NJ. The project consisted of the design of MEP systems related to the core and shell, as well as all tenant fit-out work. Tenants to occupy the building included the Department of the Treasury - New Jersey Division of Taxation and the Jersey Shore University Medical Center Family Health Clinic.
