Engineering services for the improvement of the existing exterior building envelope at the Clinton Mills Condominium building located in Hoboken, NJ. We inspected the building façade to locate all existing stucco repair areas and identify their interface with other building elements. Designs and specifications were prepared and forwarded to Contractors for bids. We  provided construction administration services during the building envelope replacement.
