Richard Codey Arena

The Richard J. Codey Arena at South Mountain was completed in 1958 with a seating capacity of approximately 2,500 spectators. A second rink was added in 1983 with a seating capacity of approximately 500 spectators. In 1986, South Mountain Arena became the official practice and training facility of the Stanley Cup Champion New Jersey Devils. We provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineering services for the reconstruction of Rink #2, and five years later, the replacement of Rink #1.
