• 30 Columbia Heights – 345,000 SF, 13 floors plus cellar
• 55 Furman – 27,000 SF, 3 floors plus cellar
• 50 Columbia Heights – 45,000 SF, 7 floors
• 58 Columbia Heights – 15,000 SF, 7 floors
