Elizabeth Avenue School

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for the design of two additions and interior renovations to the existing Elizabeth Avenue School. The scope included a new multi-purpose room with a stage, a relocated and enlarged cafeteria with a kitchen, and a relocated and enlarged media center. The 25,000 SF, 2-story classroom facility addition was designed for LEED certification. Pre-K and kindergarten students are located on the first floor, with upper grades on the second floor.
