Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineering and construction phase services for the renovation and addition to the existing student center and café at Georgian Court University. A new MEP system was designed for the food preparation areas, full-service kitchen, and the adjacent dining area. Structural engineering included the design of concrete foundations, structural steel roof framing for a barrel vaulted roof, concrete masonry walls and light gauge steel walls and roof framing.
