Handley Regional Library

Winchester, VA

Performed an inspection of the existing structural, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical systems at this library. The building consists of an original 1913 designated historic structure, with a 1979 addition. The library decided to renovate the existing systems to improve efficiency and to simultaneously restore the former character and charm of the 1913 original Beaux-Arts building.
