Professional engineering services for the renovation of the HVAC system for this 26,000 SF residence. The boiler room was completely refitted with a 1.2 MBH boiler system. The 2,100 SF pool room was also completely redone. In-floor radiant heating was coupled with upper and lower level air systems. Control of the humidity and temperature is critical in a space with an indoor pool, and its importance increased with the amount of exterior glass present.
