Multiple Award-Winning Project!

Becht Engineering BT, Inc. provided plan review and inspection services required to perform specific third-party design compliance construction inspections for the planned King Street Station residential project in the historic downtown Leesburg, Virginia. The boutique community is comprised of four buildings with 16 units each.

The King Street Station project has won two 2021 awards from the Best in American Living Awards (BALA) in the Built For Sale Multifamily (4-7 stories) category and the Infill Community category. Please click on the previous links for additional information on these awards.

 

This outstanding project was also the recipient of an award from the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association's (NVBIA) Great American Living Awards (GALA). The project received an Award of Merit in the Best Multifamily Design and Architecture in the New Construction category.
