Bob will be stepping down as President and transitioning into a part-time consulting position where he will continue to support quality control, legal support, and mentoring. His commitment and expertise have been invaluable, and we look forward to continuing to benefit from his insights in this new capacity.

Robert G. Bryant, Jr., joined the firm over 30 years ago. He quickly moved up in the ranks, taking over as President of Becht Engineering BT, Inc. in 2006. Bob's exceptional leadership and unwavering dedication have been foundational to the success of our firm. As President, he skillfully oversaw and coordinated the efforts of all our divisions, forging a path of excellence. From a small team of 23 to a thriving staff of over 60, our company has experienced incredible growth under Bob’s leadership. His strategic expansion in key locations like Massachusetts and Connecticut has set us on a path for continued growth and success.

With over ten years of dedicated service to the firm, Eric Collins has served in various roles including Vice President, where he played a pivotal role in shaping our policies, procedures, and engineering excellence. His promotion to President marks a momentous milestone in his notable career. His leadership will undoubtedly guide our company to new heights of innovation and success.
