Prepared a master plan for the library site, including the adjacent vacant Stark property, and developed a schematic design for the expansion/renovation of the library. After many alternative plans were explored, the Board, staff, and public agreed that expanding the library to the front and rear, and providing a quaint children’s playground and a sunken lawn for picnics, recreation, or to view performances would make best use of the site.
