Rick Burke will be stepping down as the Civil/Structural Division Manager and transitioning into a part-time consulting position where he will continue to provide forensics/insurance and advising services. Rick joined Becht Engineering over 24 years ago. As Vice President, he adeptly managed and directed the operations of our Structural Division, establishing a standard of excellence. His dedication and expertise have been instrumental, and we anticipate further benefiting from his insights in his new role.

Kyle has been an integral part of our firm for eight years, bringing a total of fifteen years of industry experience. His design expertise and unwavering commitment to our objectives have been crucial to our ongoing growth and success. His promotion to Division Manager is a noteworthy milestone in his distinguished career. His leadership is expected to drive our company towards greater innovation and success.
