Project Manager


Kent has over twenty years of experience in the construction industry. His experience includes reserve studies, transition studies, design compliance inspections, water intrusion investigations, and roof replacements.

Jonathan Hill

Jonathan Hill, PE

Senior Engineer


Jonathan has nearly seven years of experience in civil/structural engineering. His experience includes analysis of buildings for gravity, wind, and seismic loads, designing structural members, and preparing engineering drawings. He has design experience with residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. He earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland.

Aldaire Bazan

Aldaire Bazan, EIT

Senior Structural Designer


Aldaire has more than five years of experience in the engineering/ construction industry. His experience includes residential and commercial facilities. He earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the District of Columbia. He is an certified Engineer-in-Training in the State of Maryland.
