Capital Renewal Program

The Capital Renewal Program included the evaluation, design and implementation of miscellaneous infrastructure, utilities, maintenance, life safety, ADA renovation and cosmetic upgrade projects. The work was broken into two phases based on the funding schedule. The first phase included 43 scope items in 7 campus buildings with an estimated total construction value of $5.9M. The second phase included 53 scope items in 8 campus buildings with an estimated total construction value of $11.5M.  The scope included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, structural, and building envelope.
