Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering for the condition assessment report for this historic four-story building. The Players Club is a private social club in Gramercy Park created by Edwin Booth, a prominent actor, in the late 19th century for actors and patrons of the arts. Additionally, conceptual redesigns for the Kitchen and Restaurant in the Basement were formulated to allow an immediate upgrade to their facilities.
