Mr. Fernandes is a recognized authority on construction practice, building codes, and the preparation of capital reserve and maintenance fund determinations for residential and commercial condominiums and other multi-family properties. He has more than thirty-eight years experience in construction management, code consulting, inspections, and developing life cycle costing and financial analysis of mechanical systems and energy engineering projects. He serves as expert witness in construction defect litigation and is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences and, as a licensed building inspector, performs building inspections for code compliance and proper construction methods.
