Becht proudly employs nine Reserve Specialists, each certified by the esteemed Community Associations Institute. The prestigious Reserve Specialist (RS) credential is awarded to highly qualified professionals who excel in guiding community associations through the intricacies of long-term repair and replacement planning. To earn this credential, individuals must prepare at least 30 reserve studies within the last three years, holding a degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering - or possessing equivalent experience and education. Each specialist adheres to a rigorous code of ethics and follows the CAI’s National Reserve Study Standards in their work, as well as all applicable State laws and legislation requirements.
Our Reserve Specialists bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in conducting reserve studies, playing an essential role in helping communities strategically plan and distribute resources for future capital needs. They conduct thorough assessments of a community’s physical assets, forecasting and planning for major repairs, improvements, and capital projects.
