In the State of Maryland, House Bill 107 (effective October 1, 2022) requires certain cooperative housing corporations, condominiums, or homeowners associations to have a reserve study conducted of the common elements and to update the study every 5 years.
As we have done in the past, Becht Engineering BT, Inc. will be offering client friendly rates this Summer/Fall for the updating of any Reserve Study previously prepared by Becht. Additionally, even if you require the update of a study from another resource, or if you require an original study for a property which currently does not have a Reserve Study, as our valued client we are also happy to offer very competitive pricing on Full Reserve studies. We are typically able to provide a draft of your Report shortly after completing our on-site inspection of your property. We can also facilitate virtual conference meetings with Managers and Boards to review or ask questions pertaining to the study.
