Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering for approximately 90,000 SF of office space for Rhodia's new North American corporate headquarters at Cedar Brook Corporate Center. Systems included Variable Air Volume zone control with hot water reheat coils, multiple supplemental air conditioning systems for their data center and UPS room, a Direct Digital Control system to monitor after-hour HVAC operation, a natural gas generator, UPS, Voice Over Internet Protocol, and a building-wide lighting control system.
