Mr. Burke has over forty years experience as a consulting engineer in the fields of civil/structural design and forensic investigation. He is experienced with wood, masonry, reinforced concrete, structural steel and aluminum, as well as the inspection of deteriorated or damaged structures to determine causation and reusability. He performs technical investigations in support of legal actions for individuals, insurance companies, private companies, and governmental agencies. Mr. Burke provides demonstrative exhibits, including computer animation, for courtroom presentations, and provides expert testimony in support of presentations.
