Seagram Building

New York, NY

An engineering analysis was made of the air conditioning systems on the 31st floor of the Seagram Building to determine causes of system inadequacy. Recommendations were made for correction.

Two years later, the client expanded to the floor above. Plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems were engineered for the new spaces on the 32nd floor, in addition to renovations to the 31st floor due to the addition of a stair.
