Mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering services for the chiller and retaining wall replacement at the Airport Traffic Control Tower Facility at the Stewart Airport in Newburgh, NY. The scope included the replacement of two air cooled chillers and dry cooler with new units. The existing retaining wall and perimeter fence was disassembled, proper drainage was installed, and geotechnical reinforcement was installed behind the retaining wall. The foundation was rehabilitated and the wall and security fence rebuilt.
