Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services on this 3,000 SF, two floor home, which included all aspects of home remodeling on both the interior and exterior of the residence. The entire building was upgraded to include the modern conveniences of a high end residence. The 4 bedroom home includes a wine cellar, pool, and emergency generator, each of which required close coordination between the trades. A new Garage with attached pool house was also constructed. All designs were performed in strict adherence to the energy requirements of the region.
