Owners Representative for the United States Postal Service on the historic James E. Farley Post Office Building located across from Madison Square Garden in Manhattan, NY. The project was for a planned redevelopment of the historic postal facility. All of the mail sorting was removed from the building, and the only remaining postal function is the retail station. The redevelopment included the expansion of Penn Station for a mixed-use facility.
